QuFe14

This type is suitable for layered welding and repair of hot working tools made of low alloy and non-alloy steel. The brew can be used up to a temperature of 600°C. High corrosion resistance and excellent abrasion resistance and hardness even at high temperatures. It is a suitable alternative to the welding material Fe13, where a lower carbon content and higher chromium content is required. Castings from this material can be refined, nitrided, chromed, coated with a CVD coating, polished and machined.
