Diamond pastes are used for finishing operations on functional surfaces of tools, nozzles, dies, and metallographic cuts. The table below shows the values of the achievable surface roughness Ra depending on the use of the diaphragm grain size.

Example of usage:

Composition: DSM diamond synthetic powder, graded to the required size.
Binder: serves as a lubricant and coolant. After polishing, the paste residues can be easily washed off the surface (for example with alcohol).
Packaging: we supply diamond pastes in plastic dispensers ( the syringe). The dispenser contains 5g of paste.
