Type EDM

One of the most popular types of grinding stones, where special aluminum oxide is used as an abrasive for these stones, the sharpness and cutting capabilities of which enable the rapid removal of an extremely hard layer after sparking and take advantage of the uniqueness of these stones. We choose the grain size of the required EDM stone according to the quality of the sparked surface, the higher the quality, the higher the grain size of the stone can be used. For further processing after removing the layer after sparking, it is possible to use, for example, DF or MF stones. They can be used manually, but also with sawing or ultrasonic devices. When working with these stones, we recommend using oil for working with grinding stones, which prevents the clogging of grinding stones with dirt and increases the grinding performance and quality of the treated surface.
