These new carbide rotary cutters are designed for precise surface treatment of injection molds, cutting and bending tools made of hardened steels up to a hardness of 60 HRc, tools made of cast iron, cast steel, or precision parts made of non-ferrous metals. Proven in practice with reference customers: The surface quality achieved by these cutters is higher than with standard types of TK cutters.
Thanks to their quality, they minimize the bouncing of the tool from the machined surface. They are also used for hard processing, where there is a danger of damage to the surrounding surfaces (surfaces with a mirror gloss, shape-divided surroundings, ...). They have also proved their worth in the precise machining of welds on tools or molds.
