AMPCO 22

AMPCO® 22 is an alloy with a duplex structure with approximately 50% in each phase - gamma 2 and beta. It is exceptional in its hardness, and excellent resistance to compression and wear, even while maintaining sliding properties. Due to the low ductility of the material, it is necessary to avoid the production of thin parts from this alloy, or it is necessary to handle such parts very carefully.
