These grinding stones are much harder than commonly used EDM types. As an abrasive for these stones, a special aluminum oxide with the addition of cobalt blue is used for the quick removal of extremely hard layers. They remove the surface very quickly and visibly after EDM machining. They`re extremely stable at the edges and hold their shape for a long time. They can be used manually, but also with sawing or ultrasonic devices. When working with these stones, we recommending using oil for working with grinding stones, which prevents the clogging of grinding stones with dirt and increases the grinding performance and quality of the treated surface.
Usage: Manual, machine in sawing or ultrasonic extensions, with oil for working with grinding stones.
