Japanese pastes, type DpH15

We supply as standard in grain sizes from 1 to 45 microns in a package of 5 g. These diamond pastes are characterized by excellent quality and very low dispersion of diamond grains, which is reflected especially in the mirror polishing of surfaces (large dispersion of grain size is a common cause of scratched surface). Diamond pastes have a very wide range of applications and are particularly suitable for lapping and polishing the surfaces of hardened tools such as injection molds, blow molds, cutting and bending tools, which are also hardened to 60-62 HRc. In general, a surface with a quality Rt = up to 0.04 (surface roughness in microns according to DIN 4766) can be achieved with them. The quality of this surface visually appears as a mirror gloss of exceptional quality. With diamond pastes, it is also possible to hone shaped holes and holes, and even there a mirror finish of the quality of the machined surface can be achieved.
