This material is used for welding of copper alloys, and Ampcoloy materials. Its great usage you find also for repairing electrodes for EDM. It is characterized by a rigid tough weld, fine-grained structure, and high electrical conductivity. Usable hardness can be increased by natural aging.
Properties:
Material: 2.1211 (DIN standard)
Hardness of the unprocessed material: 60 HB
Electrical conductivity: 30-45 S
Recommended for materials: 2.1211, types of pure copper, alloys of Ampco materials, and similar types.
