Description
This welding material is used for welding abrasion-resistant layers which are resistant to strong abrasion and pressure associated with high impacts and elevated operating temperatures.
Application of this type is very suitable for welding forging tools, rolling thorns, and cutting blades for hot work.
Mechanical properties:
Material: 3-GZ-55-T special alloy (according to DIN standard)
The hardness of pure welding material: 53-58 HRc
Annealed at 820 ° C approx. 235 HB
Hardened at 1050 ° C / in oil 58 HRc
Tempered at 600 ° C 53 HRc
Recommended for materials: 1.2082, 1.2083, 1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2367 to 1.2606
