Description
This material is used for the repair of surfaces by welding cutting tools such as drills, cutters, reamers, turning knives, and other tools.
It`s also suitable for hard lining, parts of tools, and wear-prone edges.
The first layer of the weld is crack-free even on critical steels.
Approx. chemical composition in%:
C: 0.97-1.07; Si: 0.45; Mn: 0.4; Cr: 4.5; Mo: 8.0-9.20; V: 1.5-2.0; W: 1.80-2.0; Fe: residue
Mechanical properties:
Material: 1.3348 (DIN standard)
Recommended for materials: High-speed steel, cutting steel, PM steel, especially suitable for 1.3316, 1.3333, 1.3344, 1.3346
