Description
Cold rolled bronze strip material no.: 2.1020 (CuSn6). Bronze alloy CuSn6 is the most used type of bronze with a zinc content of about 6%. Typical applications for use are connectors, contact pins, perforated and bent parts, and springs, where good electrical conductivity is important. Unlike brass, bronze can also be used in vacuum technology. Surface-polished, cutting edge, spring-hard, tensile strength / hardness HV 160-190, P: 0.01-0.4%, Ni: max.0.2%, Cu: residues, Pb: max. 0.02%, Sn: 5.5-7.0%, Zn: max.0.2%, Fe: max.0.1%, others: max. 0.2%.
