A precision power hand tool system with a wide range of attachments suitable for grinding, smoothing, polishing and deburring. An exclusive new feature of the Espert 500 system, the FiXpeed® system allows the user to independently preset the speed of motor A and motor B. For example, motor A can be set to maintain the speed set by the FiXpeed® system, while motor B has variable foot pedal control. This feature allows for unprecedented flexibility.

The speed is infinitely variable from 1,000 to 50,000 min-1. Smooth and powerful torque is delivered at both high and low revs. The extremely high maximum speed of 50,000 min-1 enables high-precision micromachining.

The switch provides a clicking sensation and the controller emits a confirmation tone when the switch is operated. The motor type can be distinguished by the color of the switch.

The high-performance brushless motor eliminates the need to replace carbon brushes. NSK's internal stress test has demonstrated continuous use for more than 5,000 hours.

All Espert 400 system attachments are available for use with this system. 11 different types of attachments and 1 speed reducer allow for an almost infinite number of applications.

Collet sizes range from a tiny 0.3mm upwards, with a wide range of sizes available. Tools can be changed without using any keys.

The handpiece has a patented built-in dust protection system that prevents dust and dirt from entering the front bearings. This patented NSK design ensures long-term durability.
